1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Nextrix farm management application ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Description of Service

Nextrix is a comprehensive farm management application that provides tools for:

• Field and crop management
• Task tracking and scheduling
• Agricultural analytics and reporting
• Financial expense and income tracking
• Farm optimization recommendations

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Nextrix, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when using the App
• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
• Maintain the security of your device and App access
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

5. Coin System and Purchases

Nextrix operates on a coin-based system:

• Coins are virtual currency used within the App for premium features
• Coin purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• We reserve the right to modify coin pricing at any time
• Unused coins may expire according to the terms displayed at purchase

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nextrix and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or included software.

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App

9. Disclaimer of Agricultural Advice

Nextrix provides tools and information for farm management purposes only. The App does not provide professional agricultural, financial, or legal advice. Users should consult with qualified professionals for specific agricultural decisions and compliance with local regulations.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Nextrix only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Nextrix regarding the App and supersede all prior understandings, agreements, and representations.
